I'm passionate about helping those struggling with various areas in life that could stem from parenting issues, grief, adhd, trauma, to autism.
I'm a certified EMDR therapist with IFS training. EMDR is not just for trauma but also other areas. I'm a fellow in thanatology (death, dying, and bereavement). I've also worked with military families, adult children of alcoholics/dysfunction, dual diagnosis, adhd, odd, and other areas. I'm coming up on having sixteen years experience in this field.
I've worked with many different populations: children, teens, adults, & senior adults. I understand what it's like to experience life struggles, and can offer support & treatment.
