30+ years of professional experience and many more years of life experience have led me to EMDR. This treatment modality has proven to be successful in treating people who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, or a multitude of other experiences: domestic violence, sexual assault, violent crime. The focus of my work is the treatment of children and adults seeking to heal from trauma, anxiety and depression. It is my life's passion, providing emotional support and relief to those who have become stuck in their past experiences so they can live a more fulfilled present and future.

This highly specialized treatment intervention compliments my eclectic approach. My 25 years of "trench work", and another 8 in private practice allows me to see your situation from a unique perspective. I work closely with the Sheriff Dept, local addiction rehab facility and with local OBgyn (birth/medical trauma), veterans, schools and fellow clinicians

What this all means is that I will provide mental health treatment to you in an emotionally safe, non-judgemental space. I will use creative and exhaustive methods with a sense of humor. I am a tenacious advocate, passionate about my clients needs.
