And for 22 years as a pastor, I built communities where doubt, skepticism, and struggles of all kinds were seen as part of the journey.

I do not accept insurance for couples counseling, individual only. Each client/couple puts a payment method on file with me, and authorizes me to use it for all charges related to their therapy. Payment is run five-ten minutes before each session and decline issues are settled before session begins.

For couples, your first three sessions will be 90 minutes each. Session 1 will be a couple interview where I learn your story. In session 2 I'll meet individually with each of you for 45 minutes. In session 3 I'll go over with you the results of a relationship assessment I'll have you complete. Future sessions are 50 min. For individuals, all sessions 50 mins.

I suggest a lot of books, podcasts, and other resources, and oftentimes I'll ask you to complete assignments between sessions.
