My goal in therapy is to provide you with a safe and comfortable place to process and talk freely and openly about any challenges you may be facing, and work together to find helpful ways to manage them, or at least make them a little less impactful on your well-being.
My approach will be tailored to your specific needs and goals. I utilize Accelerated Resolution Therapy, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and emotion regulations skills to help you learn techniques to help stay present-focused, decrease anxious thoughts, and cope with depression.
