As a mental health provider I assist children, adolescents, and adults experiencing mental health symptoms. I engage, assess, diagnose, and apply behavioral theories to develop an effective treatment plan. During psychotherapy we address their unique situation, such as personal problems involving mental health, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Suicidal Ideation, and/or Trauma, to reduce the symptoms of mental health.
I assist children, adolescents, adults, and parents discovering and finding solutions to improve their relationships, by empowering them with tools such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to nurture a better version of themselves.
My goal is to help you reimagine your life. I have the tools and understanding to help you create the life you imagine and get a renewed sense of self. I am committed to help you achieve a better parent-child relationship and family dynamics. I am here to support you in your journey to better!
