I am currently under supervision for certification in sex therapy.

I enjoy helping couples with relationship issues and sexual problems as well as helping individuals with issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, anger, and sexual addictions. I am trained in emotionally focused therapy (EFT), the Gottman method, and the use of EMDR and hypnotherapy, as well as various counseling techniques, such as CBT.
