Hello, my name is Danyell and I would love to be a part of your journey back to the whole woman that you are! I approach therapy using empathy, compassion, and support to create a safe and warm space to explore self acceptance, challenge societal norms, heal from past trauma, connect with partners, create boundaries, help guide through the stress of womanhood and reach your goals!

Life is hard. Family is hard. Raising kids is hard. You want someone who can help when everything in your daily life is affected, including our thoughts, emotions and resulting behaviors. Also, impacting the way your body feels, and ultimately how you experience YOU and your relationships. You may feel overwhelmed or stuck, unsatisfied in your relationship, anxious, or wondering if things can change or things can get better. There is hope, and we are here. We have many clinicians at all locations that are experienced and ready to help, including affordable options.

People start to heal the moment they feel heard. I believe that hope and healing can be found, even in places of great pain. Life can become stressful and feel overwhelming at times. Having someone to walk beside you through those times helps ease the burden. As we develop a relationship with each other, I have found that people develop insight into what brought them in to see me. I focus on the whole person and try to understand what is being communicated through the behaviors, not just focusing on the symptoms.

NOW accepting new patients! My passion is working with children and families, helping them to relate better with one another or to cope with normal family issues in healthier ways. I believe all clients possess the potential to improve their lives. My goal is to offer support and strategies so that clients can decide for themselves what is appropriate for them. I hope to help adult clients gain perspective and understanding of their lives so they are empowered to make meaningful changes for themselves.
