I believe every woman’s path to healing and success should be defined by her own values, needs, and pace. My goal is to empower women with where they are while working towards their ideal self. My approach to therapy is individualized. Utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities. I work with individuals, women, couples, teens 16+.
These include: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Strategies, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Grief Informed and Client Centered Techniques. I am trained in Gottman Level II, Perinatal Mental Health, and EMDR.
