I have high satisfaction feedback from clients who are ready for fresh insight on the tiring aspects of their patterns. Most of my clients are highly sensitive; many have anxiety, attention-deficit, relationship challenges, or trauma. Many wish to develop their boundaries and communication, find grace amidst life transitions, or to unravel stress-related physical issues. My craniosacral background layers to support you in deep-level processes. Further, those who hold faith close to their heart often find me a compatible therapist.
I approach healing with a passion for holistic integration. To me, mind, body, and spirit belong together! I’m a licensed mental health counselor with training in pastoral counseling, and also - I'm certified in biodynamic craniosacral therapy, a somatically oriented modality. Research on attachment and the nervous system inform a lot of what I do.
It's daunting to seek for a therapist. Many have had negative experiences in the past, or it's tough to pursue your first time.
