I'm a Certified Sex Therapist with Gottman Method training and trauma focused training. I work with couples who experience difficulties surrounding ADHD struggles within the relationship. There aren’t many places to turn to when you have questions about your body, about why your relationship feels so stuck, or why it’s so damn scary to ask for what you want. This is what I am here for. To give you the space to explore without judgement.
My job is to journey beside you with endless curiosity, to help you ask yourself new (and sometimes scary) questions that tap into your wisdom, your boundless pleasure, and the connection you want to cultivate.
