I draw most heavily from Family Systems Theory, Humanistic and Cognitive/Behavioral therapy approaches however, I use a variety of modalities and tailor therapy to each client's needs and personality. My goal is to provide each client a safe and supportive environment in which to express them self. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy and trained EMDR therapy, I have had extensive training to address a wide range of issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, parenting and relationship challenges.
