Sometimes the behaviors, ideas, and beliefs we learned don't always transfer to our current reality. Often times we learn things to help us survive situations but once we overcome sad situations, those behaviors aren't needed anymore and cause havoc in our lives and relationships. I help my clients understand and unravel their behaviors, beliefs, ideas, and thought patterns and replace them with ones that support their lives and relationships now.
