I am a licensed professional counselor and have worked in a variety of settings and across the lifespan (from children to adults). I specialize in working with adolescents, as well as adults who are going through difficult life transitions, including trauma, grief, and divorce.
I recognize that one approach does not fit all and am able to adapt to each person's individual needs. I have experience with different treatment approaches, including ACT, CBT, EMDR and Brainspotting. I provide therapy that is aimed at reducing stress, increasing self-confidence, and promoting positive change.
