My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. Together, we'll build on your strengths, process difficult experiences, and develop tools for lasting change. As a certified EMDR therapist, I help clients heal from trauma, reduce emotional distress, and move forward with greater resilience.
I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, and perinatal mental health.
