I work with a variety of clients, individual, couples and families to overcome life's challenges and live happier, well-rounded lives. My therapeutic still is warm, curious, non-judgmental with sprinkles of humor that matches your style.
I use a Family Systems approach while working with individuals, children and families, with the understanding that our earliest family/relational experiences impact our current functioning. Knowing the function of our behaviors can help us to find more effective ways of coping and to re-patterning our relationships to help us long after therapy ends.
