After graduate school, I moved to Massachusetts, where I worked in both the traditional office setting, and in outreach, where I counseled clients in their homes. My lifelong love and appreciation for the outdoors called me to make a bold move to Montana. This is where I was exposed to the many opportunities to use my love of the outdoors to enrich the therapeutic process.

Despite your best efforts, do you feel yourself drowning in overwhelm? My ideal client is a powerhouse. They identify as perfectionists and are high-achieving. They are exhausted and looking for relief. They struggle with self-criticism and are uncertain if they are just "lazy" or burned out. This is the work that I do. I help clients find the relief they are looking for by increasing self-compassion, strengthening the mind-body connection, and reducing unpleasant symptoms. I create a space where you and your needs are the priority, and we explore those as you get to know your authentic self (sometimes for the first time!).

What is the DOT return-to-duty process? A positive test is a violation. So also is a refusal to be tested. So are a number of other things that are prohibited by DOT. When an employee has a positive test or refuses to be tested or has one of DOT's other violations, DOT requires the employer to immediately remove that employee from safety-sensitive functions. An employer who allows an employee with a violation to continue performing safety-sensitive functions is subject to fines, up to $10,000 per day. An employee with a violation has two options.
