Currently Not Accepting New Clients. We all connect in various ways and seek to be understood. My first focus is to establish a good rapport and discover what your mental health needs are through Person Centered Therapy. As we unravel your challenges, my desire is that you feel comforted, clarified, and challenged to grow. The cumulative nature of positive support, mutual observations, and path to self discovery, will allow us to explore treatment options that work. Consultations are FREE. I look forward to speaking with you!

Everyone's story is unique and challenging. I've worked with individuals and families facing a variety of challenges such as depression/bipolar, BPD, anxiety, autism, trauma, adoption/foster care, gender dysphoria, grief issues, parent/child estrangement, etc.. I have over 30 years helping children, teens, families , adults, navigate life’s twists and turn.

I work collaboratively with the client’s multidisciplinary team in order to provide optimum level of care. Developing a positive rapport with my clients is essential. Authenticity is key. Although every person's mental health journey is unique, humans have the same basic needs; the need for acceptance, connection, validation, and love.
