I am committed to understanding YOU and your values, and helping you find the tools you need to help you succeed.
Most of my counseling experience has been in serving adolescents and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, transition to adulthood, and LGBTQ+ issues. I also enjoy utilizing creative expression and modalities in my work and encourage my clients to bring their interests and passions into the therapy room.
