Most of my counseling experience has been in serving adolescents and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, codependency, and LGBTQ+ issues. I also have a passion for serving folks in search of support for religious trauma, religious questioning and/or deconstruction. My primary approaches are PCT, DBT, and EMDR.
