I believe therapy is a gift that allows one's inner strength to emerge while our personal journey through life's experiences makes us who we are. My own journey has led me to my career as a therapist which allows me the honor and opportunity to work together with my clients to recognize their own strengths and limitations in achieving their goals. All this takes place within a strong, non-judgmental, therapeutic relationship that is built on empathy, trust, safety, and compassion. I have a calm, warm, relaxed style and believe in creating a safe space for you where compassion, support, and humour can live.

I was born and raised in New York. As a South Asian American and a child of Indian immigrants, I know there is a stigma around going to therapy, which takes courage. My goal is to change that perspective among many cultures. I’m invested in working with people from different cultural backgrounds and ethnicities. I have over five years of experience working with school-aged children, adolescents, adults, and couples.

Therapy is a process that takes time, patience, and consistency. As your therapist, I will provide a judgement free environment along with my undivided attention to each client. I believe that everyone carries the strength to overcome a difficult situation within themselves. With a little bit of support and encouragement, we can come out stronger than before. I welcome every client regardless of cultural background with a warm, empathetic, and attentive personality. I am fluent in English, Urdu, and Punjabi.
