Seeking healing or emotional support is an act of vulnerability and I work to create a welcoming atmosphere based on honesty and trust. I am a easy going and believe offering supportive space for anyone is the highest form of empathy. I am a firm believer in supporting clients on their journey to recognize their individual strengths. My experience is based in working with children, teens, individuals, and families who are having difficulty navigating their journey through life. I am trained in evidence based and trauma-focused therapies and I enjoy working with clients and their families through the lenses of play, music, art, sensory, and narrative therapies. I am a person centered therapist with experience in CBT, DBT, as well as a background in mindfulness. I believe in holistic healing and adapting many modalities in treatment.
In our current world, creating and holding empathy for ourselves and others can be difficult. Therapy can create a space for you to navigate your way through life.
