They are most likely struggling with anxious spiraling thoughts, relationship or interpersonal conflicts, depressive symptoms, navigating grief and loss, or experienced trauma and PTSD. These struggles, whether they have been life-long or recently new, can become manageable with newly learned skills in a therapeutic environment that supports and understands you. When you are seen, heard, and validated, personal growth starts to evolve. I have a passion for working with first responders, single parents, and parents of children with disabilities, however, all are welcome!
My therapeutic style is warm, authentic, and non-judgmental. My current and former clients would acknowledge they are able to be their authentic self in counseling sessions because YOU are human.
