Throughout life's journey, there are many paths, some more challenging than others. As we learn to make healthy habits part on of our lives, we become happier and more fulfilled in other areas. My expertise is in mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorders, and on anxiety disorders such as OCD, panic disorder, and phobias. Anger management in relationships and marriage and relationship therapy are also my interest areas as well as resolution of trauma issues, whether acute or chronic. I have and continue to treat dually diagnosed substance abuse clients.
