We all struggle in the relationships that are important to us and need help some of the time to develop skills to strengthen these relationships. We lose connection and have difficulty communicating with our partners or spouses; we get stuck in conflict with our children; we lose track of who we are; we dread going to work because it feels hostile or unsafe; we question our faith; we have trouble expressing needs at school; and we neglect our bodies and our health. The relationships we have with ourselves and others are always evolving and we need to change with them.
At Family Matters Center for Relational Therapy, we specialize in helping individuals, couples and families develop new skills and tools to meet their changing needs in relationships. In addition to the relationship focus, we offer many mental health services and treat mental health concerns.
All of the members of our clinical team are licensed marriage and family therapists. We are committed to providing systemic and relational services to individuals, couples and families.
