This enables clients to 'see' how their negative behaviors originally developed as a way to cope with high levels of interpersonal stress. The BrainsmART process empowers clients with strategies that organize their emotions as they discharge past traumas from their body and mind. Once emotions are 'seen' and 'named', clients can re-'view' the memories and beliefs and re-route their self-destructive behaviors.
