My approach to therapy is to support and guide you to listen deeply to the meaning of those experiences, increase your sense of connection to yourself and others, and build practices that strengthen your willingness and ability to access ease, connection, and compassion.

I work best with those who have experienced trauma, having relational issues, mental health disorders problems and it interferes with your life. That way we can work in a therapeutic environment to help release the various storms inside us and fill that space with bright soothing light. There is a way to conquer that which lies within us that creates unwanted behaviors or feelings. I have confidence you can learn to allow yourself to relax.
