I have experience working with severe disorders such as Bi-Polar Disorder, Borderline, Schizophrenia, Depression, and PTSD. I primarily use CBT and DBT to challenge your thinking and teach you new skills to replace behaviors that no longer serve you. Be prepared to be pushed into areas you may normally avoid or have your beliefs examined to determine if they serve you currently.

That is why I provide an ease about coming to therapy and attempt to make my clients feel comfortable beginning this process. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults helping them get through difficult transitions in their lives. I do a lot of work challenging people to explore their aggression, self-harming behaviors, drugs and alcohol use, suicidal ideations, depression and anxiety. I also enjoy working with adults dealing with life transitions and helping them improve their moods and perspectives on life.
