How do we focus on what we can affect, and cope with things that we can't change? I am here to help you navigate the process of both living in the present and making the future as good as it can be. I will witness and walk with you through tough times, and help you find your way through.
I use ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), CBT, and Positive Psychology to teach skills for addressing problematic ways of interacting with the world, and to build a life with more centeredness and joy. I offer you a safe space to be yourself and share your reality, to learn about your patterns and develop more satisfying ways of being and connecting.
I believe in therapy as a partnership, working together to change patterns, get through hard times, and help you experience life in ways that are more meaningful, engaging and fulfilling.
