CrossPoint Clinical Services is a multifaceted clinical agency that aims to provide the highest quality clinical services, including individual, couples and family psychotherapy, quality psycho-educational groups, workshops and consultation services. Our team consists of independently licensed mental health clinicians with a wealth of experience in a variety of secular settings. We are an interdenominational non profit organization employing believers from a variety of Christian faith communities.

I work with the client to set attainable treatment plan goals/objectives, so the patient makes consistent progress toward their therapeutic goals/objectives. I work from a Cognitive Behavioral and an Insight Oriented Approach. I also work from a Psycho-Dynamic Perspective. Patient care is valued and top priority in my work. I work toward building a professional therapeutic relationship of trust, credibility and mutual respect in my therapeutic and clinical practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I have experience working with all age groups: children, pre-teen, adolescents, young adults, and adults of all ages.

I work with couples, individuals and families. Through the process of therapy, you can develop new ways of dealing with conflicts, communication difficulties, grief and loss, and many other daily concerns. In a non-judgmental and supportive environment, you can make positive changes for a stronger today and future. I believe that addressing the relationship between couples may require a “sacred space”. This safe space can allow the therapist to work with couples in breaking down walls that may have kept them trapped in overwhelming situations, and aid them in developing deeper connections.

Representation matters and I am part of the LGBT community, latinx and have an invisible disability. I have been doing this work for about 10 years (MSW Boston College 2015). I am ready when you are! Genuine compassion and trust is at the root of any solid relationship and necessary for success to manifest! We have to be willing and ready to do the messy work. As your therapist, I also have to be ready. I have to be ready and capable of containing all of what comes up in therapy.

For the first twelve years of my career I worked for Yale-New Haven Hospital on their Child Psychiatric Inpatient Service, Baystate Medical Center's Child Psychiatry Department, as well as school systems before making the transition to private practice in 1998. I am a psychotherapist with 30 years of experience in helping others move through difficulties. My work is shaped by the knowledge that we all have the capacity to grow and learn though our life experiences. I believe that sometimes our most difficult experiences can bring us our greatest life lessons. I work collaboratively with adults, 18 years and older, to build on strengths, develop new strategies and work to remove or reduce internal obstacles such as negative beliefs.

Cari is dedicated to increasing the functioning, self-determination, and stability of youth, adults, and families struggling with disabilities and complex mental health needs. I have a solid background working with children and young adults but have also worked with individuals of all ages. have a history of and passion for working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and the families supporting them. I am Committed to therapeutic practice that fosters diversity and inclusion. I have worked closely to advocate for LGBTQ rights and have comprehensive knowledge regarding the clinical needs of LGBTQ individuals.

I am a therapist with 12 years of experience, working with individuals from diverse backgrounds in the Western Massachusetts area. I treat depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, substance use, gender identity concerns, and grief and loss, among other concerns. Together, we can explore unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors, and look toward adopting healthier ways of thinking and behaving. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work Degree at Elms College and her Masters in Social Work at Westfield State University. Danielle is passionate about serving her community on her professional journey. She has enjoyed working in a variety of settings including community outreach programs, schools, residential programs, and at an inpatient behavioral health center.
