I provide mental health services to address anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, ADHD, OCD, and substance use. We can work to resolve any personal issues you may be having within yourself or with your relationships with family, friends, or coworkers. I also offer life-coaching where we can work to change any outdated narratives that may be holding you back from living the life of your dreams.

I am most interested in working with someone or a family that is in at least a bit of a crisis. It may be that you have tried a number of ways to solve the problems, but they don't seem to be working, and you are very frustrated, especially at the responses you are getting from friends and relatives. You may feel your depression, anxiety or that your child is out of control; that it's time to try something different.

Today, MIKID employs over 150 trained staff offering support, education, and skills development to families and their children as well as youth and young adults who are experiencing mental health and behavior challenges throughout Arizona and, most recently, Colorado. All-Terrain Behavioral Health Group provides counseling to couples, individuals and teens suffering from Trauma, Relational Conflict, Depression, and Anxiety as well as medication management for children and teens. An alternative to the standard book therapy many may experience, we specialize in real change and see ourselves as collaborators in that process. I earned my Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling at The University of The Rockies. I am a compassionate counselor who meets a client where they are and offers what is necessary to move past the pain and come out on the other side. I enjoy working with Individuals, families, couples, women and girls who have a history of sexual abuse or sex trafficking, and parents of children with disabilities.
