All-Terrain Behavioral Health Group provides counseling to couples, individuals and teens suffering from Trauma, Relational Conflict, Depression, and Anxiety as well as medication management for children and teens. An alternative to the standard book therapy many may experience, we specialize in real change and see ourselves as collaborators in that process. We also work in personal growth, spiritual crises, family dysfunction, women’s issues, and play therapy. Our team is varied in approaches and techniques and we believe in being direct, honest, and nonjudgmental with all of our clients to promote clarity and change.
Our therapists and prescribers come from military and civilian backgrounds, with experience working in crisis and outpatient settings. Trauma treatment includes all types of experiences with individuals and families. With couples and individuals, we take a client-specific approach to treatment to promote an environment in which growth and change can occur.
Improving mental and physical wellbeing is difficult, and we believe it takes the right time and person to make it work. Our providers believe that non-judgment and validation are the key to treatment and we take a blunt, direct approach to our work. We seek to empower clients to make healthy, personal decisions in medication and counseling.
