Wherever you are on your path, I am here to meet and walk with you. I have had the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate grief, anxiety, OCD, trauma, ADHD, depression, body image issues, eating disorders, sexuality and gender, and life transitions. Therapy should be a space where growth is collaborative, creative, and safe. Healing can look and feel differently for everyone, which is why I prioritize a kind, calm, and supportive space for you to explore what your healing looks like. My goal is to help you become the best version of yourself, with support and no judgement. Change is possible.

I am a very experienced trauma therapist, specializing in treating young adults suffering from PTSD, abuse in narcissistic relationships, codependency, break ups, anxiety, depression, LGBTQ issues, divorce, and work place problems, using cognitive behavioral work, EMDR and IFS. My approach is eclectic and interactive, blending a combination of techniques. Non-judgment and warmth in a holistic frame describes my style. I also am trained in ADHD coaching, NLP, hypnosis, and other modalities designed for you to develop better coping skills. This is not a cookie cutter approach. It is a treatment custom made to meet your needs.

As a Black/Queer/Neurodivergent provider, I am dedicated to helping you synthesize memories and experiences of your life, and how these moments might be informing your identities today. I am deeply invested in you and think of our relationship as a collaborative one in which we both discover and explore what affirms you and makes you feel seen, heard, and supported.

Beginning therapy can be scary and is a bold step toward making proactive changes in your life. I provide a warm and relaxed atmosphere to explore your emotional life in a safe and supportive space. Aware of the importance of the body, I experience you as a whole person: your words, life themes, affect, posture, and your presence. By experiencing you in your wholeness, I can contextualize what can feel confusing or fragmentary. I can share what I see and understand, helping you raise your self-awareness. This process can harmonize your thoughts and emotions. Insight alone often is not sufficient for healing.

Sometimes we may feel stuck or face challenges that seem insurmountable, while other times we may sense that something is off, but we're not sure what it is.
