I am a licensed Therapist who specializes in Neurofeedback Therapy (a form of reward biofeedback). Starting with a QEEG brain map I am able to directly treat the brain with neurofeedback and bring relief from anxiety, depression, PTSD, sleep disorders, ADD and ADHD and many other mental health issues that impede functioning. EMDR is another modality I use which addresses past emotionally-charged experiences which can overly influence your present emotions, sensations, and thoughts about yourself helping you break through the emotional blocks that are keeping you from living an adaptive, emotionally healthy life.
