Many people struggle with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma. They can't find relief for their symptoms, and every aspect of their life is affected. I am Tammy a professional clinical counselor - licensed in Ohio with over 20 years of experience working in the mental health and addictions field. I started my private practice Hearts To Minds about a year ago as it has been a long dream to inspire others and create a safe place for those who want to come along on a positive journey. I like helping people that like helping themselves and knowing their worth. I became a counselor for many reasons and one of those is a profound early loss of my mother.
