I am experienced working in outpatient treatment, intensive outpatient in mental health and addiction with years of experience in each setting. I have spent years exclusively working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and persons with developmental disabilities and behavioral issues. My areas of expertise are anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and behavioral issues.

Every human is designed for relationships. Relationships assist in many aspects and seasons in our development as a person. However, trials and circumstances can disrupt our relationships through miscommunication, unfulfilled expectations, unmet needs, betrayal/infidelity, co-dependency, boundary issues-the list can be inexhaustible. Nevertheless, these circumstances are not the end. My mission and ministry as a therapist and a mentor entail coming alongside you to explore, educate, equip and encourage you on your journey into wholeness and to actualize the abundant life that has been destined for you.

In imagining my ideal client, he/she is ready to get support for their personal growth process. They are open to input/feedback from a professional in order to affect some sort of potential life change or improvement. I have been providing mental health and addiction treatment to individuals for 16 years. I specialize in co-occurring disorders ie. addiction and mental health conditions as well as the wide range of issues that tend to go along with addiction, such as but not limited to trauma, domestic violence and spirituality. Specific areas of focus are depression, anxiety, bi-polar, adjustment disorders, stress management, learning good self care, codependence and grief.

Her specialty interests include: working with first responders and supporting their families, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, addiction, ADHD, integrative and positive psychology. Her specialty interests include: college and emerging adult (ages 18-25) issues, relationship issues, life transitions, women’s issues, self-compassion, body image, wellness, and integrating creativity and trauma focus into counseling practice. Dr. Jessica Headley (pronouns: she/her) is an experienced licensed professional clinical counselor- supervisor and certified specialist in perinatal mental health with over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Her specialty interests include: girls’ and women’s issues, gender issues, career development, gerontology, and integrating creativity and positive psychology into counseling practice. She utilizes treatment approaches that are evidence-based and uniquely tailored to each client.

Dr. Christina Woloch (pronouns: she/her) is an experienced licensed professional counselor and independent chemical dependency counselor who works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Her specialty interests include: anxiety and depression management, trauma or self-esteem related issues, grief/loss/bereavement, addiction (behavior and substance use), co-occurring (mental health and addiction) disorders, career development, and anger management. She also works affirmatively with LGBTQ+ adolescents and adults to address their mental health, wellness, career, and educational needs.
