I having training in Somatic Experiencing and EMDR. Clients I serve struggle with effects of past traumatic events, anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, and the complex emotions related to grief.

I have been providing mental health and addiction treatment to individuals for 16 years. I specialize in co-occurring disorders ie. addiction and mental health conditions as well as the wide range of issues that tend to go along with addiction, such as but not limited to trauma, domestic violence and spirituality. Specific areas of focus are depression, anxiety, bi-polar, adjustment disorders, stress management, learning good self care, codependence and grief.

Andrew Allen (pronouns: he/him) is an experienced licensed professional clinical counselor-supervisor who works with adolescents, adults, and couples. His specialty interests include boys’ and men’s issues, depressive disorders, addiction and co-occurring (mental health and addiction) disorders, conflict resolution, and personal insight counseling. The treatment approaches that he uses in sessions are evidence-based and focus on promoting healthy thinking patterns and behaviors that increase happiness.

Jeffrey graduated from Malone University in Canton with a Master’s in Counseling. He also has a Master’s in Higher Education, Student Development, and Bachelor’s degree in Sociology. Jeffrey has worked with clients from age 6 to 85, and has provided therapy in the office, at home, and at school. Jeffrey has experience helping with emotional disorders, such as anxiety and depression. He’s helped clients with chemical dependency, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and divorce.

Leah Blankenship (pronouns: she/her) is an experienced licensed professional counselor, who works with children, adolescents, adults, and groups. Her specialty interests include: women’s, men’s, and gender issues; career development; addictions; and trauma. She integrates art therapy, positive psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), gestalt, and multicultural counseling into practice. She utilizes treatment approaches that are evidence-based and uniquely tailored to each client.

Christy Ward (pronouns: she/her) is an experienced licensed professional counselor who works with adolescents, adults, and couples. Her specialty interests include: working with first responders and supporting their families, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, addiction, ADHD, integrative and positive psychology. She uses evidence-based and holistic approaches in working with clients.

Jamie Sevenbergen (pronouns: she/her) is an experienced licensed professional clinical counselor supervisor who works with early adolescents, teenagers, and emerging adults. Her specialty interests include ADHD and executive functioning issues, depression, anxiety, and trauma.
