I have specialized knowledge and clinical skill-sets working with individuals experiencing challenges associated with anxiety, attention-deficits, depression, trauma, relationships, assertiveness/conflict management, and mood disorders. I apply Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and a strengths-based approach to empower others to reach their therapeutic goals and find their voice.
