My approach is a combination of client centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness neurolinguistic programming, hypnotherapy, meditation, and a methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown.
Through my experience I have worked with a variety of populations on depression, anxiety, life transitions, and other mental health issues. Together we can work toward positive change and remove those self destructive behaviors and beliefs and replace them with positive ones.
