I have worked with many individuals to help them overcome a variety of difficulties causing pain and discomfort. I see adolescents and adults, and treat both individuals and couples. In my therapy I use solution focused therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, and classic psychotherapy, as well as Jungian psychology. Stress reduction and mindfulness as a way to reduce anxiety are also used. My clients suffer from differing problems, including anxiety and depressive disorders, relationship problems of all kinds, and adjustment disorders. In addition, I have specialties in helping people suffering from eating disorders and from sexual or physical abuse.

I am a licensed as a Clinical Marriage and family Therapist (LMFT), a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and in Clinical Social Worker-R (LCSW-R). Rebecca Fisk is an individual, child, and family therapist, who has been practicing since 2015. She graduated from New York University with a Masters in Social Work. Rebecca is committed to helping you by providing a warm, compassionate, safe, judgement free space. Rebecca specializes in working with children, adolescents, and teens of all ages, but also has experience working with adults. She has significant experience working with individuals struggling with social skills, sense of self, relationships, behavioral difficulties, and school refusal.

Carmen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience working with a wide range of adults struggling with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, substance abuse, trauma, terminal illness and grief. Although very often, it is moments of crisis that lead to treatment, Carmen has always held the belief that a person does not have to be in distress in order to embark on a journey of self discovery or seek the quality of life everyone deserves.

Jasmine Lopez earned her master's degree in the field of mental health counseling from Valparaiso University in Indiana. While studying at the university she completed a student internship at Samaritan Counseling Center in Michigan City, Indiana, a community-based interfaith family counseling center, where she was introduced to and worked in an outpatient counseling setting.

Ms. Yanosy is a New York State licensed clinical social worker who has treated individuals, couples and families for over 20 years. She uses a range of approaches, and specializes in trauma-specific treatment, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapy. Ms. Yanosy completed her MSW at Smith College School for Social Work and received post graduate certifications from Fordham, Columbia, and New York Universities.

New York State Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, working with families, couples, children, adults, and adolescents struggling with interpersonal relationships, anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and other behavioral issues. Also has expertise working with families and individuals dealing with the effects of substance abuse on the family system.

Teresa is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York; She has been a practicing social worker for thirty years and has been with Lifestance since 2020. Teresa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Manhattanville College and Master’s in Social Work from The Silver School of Social Work at New York University. She is a member of Lifestance’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee and is completing a Certification in DEI from Cornell University. Teresa believes in patient centered care and starting where the client is at.

Lauren McCarthy, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of New York. She holds a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Pace University. Lauren is a kind, compassionate, and skilled clinician who works with her clients to experience and increased sense of peace and harmony in their lives. Lauren works with adolescents and adults, and specializes in the treatment of obsessive compulsive disorder, hoarding, anxiety, relationship issues, disruptive and impulse control disorders, trauma, and those in crisis.

Claudia Mitchell-Gambino, LMHC, NCC is a New York State licensed mental health counselor and board certified by the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC). She has worked with individuals ranging in age from 18 "“ 75+ suffering from severe mental illness, as well as children and adolescents with emotional & behavioral issues. Areas of interest include mood disorders, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, substance use and trauma & stress disorders.

As a clinician, Ruthann strives to promote advocacy across the multiple communities she has served through her life's work. She finds passion in truly believing that all persons can live rewarding lives regardless of their financial, social, intellectual, physiological, and emotional differences. Through her acknowledgement of the cultural factors that contribute to her clients' narratives, she strives to create approaches that cater to their mental health and wellness needs.
