I have worked with many individuals to help them overcome a variety of difficulties causing pain and discomfort. I see adolescents and adults, and treat both individuals and couples.
In my therapy I use solution focused therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, and classic psychotherapy, as well as Jungian psychology. Stress reduction and mindfulness as a way to reduce anxiety are also used.
My clients suffer from differing problems, including anxiety and depressive disorders, relationship problems of all kinds, and adjustment disorders.
In addition, I have specialties in helping people suffering from eating disorders and from sexual or physical abuse.
I believe that people are able and deserve to achieve happiness and peace, and that therapy can be an effective tool in aiding that process.
I have worked with many different people and many different problems and have been fortunate to share in the triumphs of many.
