I am experienced in working with individuals ages 18 and up and couples. I have experience working with those struggling with stress management, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, domestic violence, sexual assault, and other emotional difficulties. I take a collaborative approach to help those I work with accomplish their goals.
I have training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), sex therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and ego state interventions. I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) into my practice and utilize a strengths-based and person-centered approach.
