I am experienced in working with individuals and couples. I utilize a variety of techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and a strengths-based approach to help clients improve the quality of their relationships and achieve their personal goals. I have experience working with those struggling with stress management, anxiety, depression, trauma, domestic violence, sexual assault, and other emotional difficulties.

A native of Bismarck, Jen works with children, teens, and adults who are struggling with mood disorders, anxiety, past trauma, and coping with life changes. Jen is LGBTQIA+ affirmative and has a special interest and experience in treating attachment issues and obsessive-compulsive disorders in children and teens. Jen uses a strengths-based approach with cognitive and dialectical behavior and attachment-based play therapy techniques. Jen has received training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Theraplay.

Bre Leingang, MS, LPC is passionate about helping individuals work through anxiety, depression, unresolved trauma, eating disorders, and relationship conflict. Bre primarily works with adolescents, adults, and couples. Additionally, Bre also works with families. Bre utilizes cognitive-behavioral, strength-based, and person centered approaches. She has completed training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to better help individuals work through their trauma. Additionally, Bre has completed training in Prepare/Enrich and The Gottman Method for couples.

The Kid's Therapy Center LLC is a mental health counseling and training center focusing on children, adolescents and adults. Therapy is offered individually and in a group setting. In addition, the center offers education for professionals, students, or caregivers pertaining to childhood issues they may encounter within their profession and viable treatment options.

I am a full-time Conventional and Christian Counselor in Bismarck working with individuals and couples. I help individuals from ages 12 to adult who are going through Anxiety, Depression, overcoming Trauma and PTSD, or struggling with Life Changes and Challenges. Melissa works with children ages 8-12 and adults navigating stage of life changes, everyday stresses (parenting, financial, career, relationships, etc.), depression, and anxiety. She also has an interest in working with those processing their grief, whether that be from the passing of a loved one, divorce, an absent parent, or any other issue in life that results in grieving. I have been a licensed counselor for the past 10 years and have had the privilege of working in many diverse settings throughout my career (psychiatric hospital, tribal college, juvenile corrections, and private practice).
