Utilizing principles of feminist therapies, Rayne integrates knowledge of systemic disparities and their intersections to empower others to collaborate on treatment goals and expectations. Along with a feminist lens, Rayne incorporates aspects of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), expressive therapies, and narrative therapy.
Aside from therapeutic tools, Rayne invites people to embrace therapy as a way of becoming curious of the world around us, the ways that life events have shaped us, and then empowering them to become active in the reshaping they wish to see.
