Current Availability is Limited. Starting therapy is a major life decision! It takes courage even though you may be scared or unsure of what to expect, you are ready to start the process of self-change. I believe in taking a holistic approach to working with each client on an individual level, focusing on their specific needs, wants and goals. I am a direct, honest and straight forward therapist. Accountability is key. I attempt to create a casual and relaxed atmosphere, that is safe, inviting, and makes you comfortable for you to share. I am trained in alternative therapies such as hypnotherapy and EMDR.
I encompasses a variety of clinical tools and approaches in my therapy sessions which are completely client centered. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Reality Therapy, Mindfulness based, Solution Focused Brief (SFBT), and Christian counseling. I am now offering Guided Meditation, Clinical Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy at an alternative location with openings.
My boutique take on a private practice that offers a very unique and specialized and individual approach. I offer between-session support included in our fees to help keep you on track while you are developing new strategies and healthier habits. This includes: email support, and regular accountability check-ins (via text, or calls). I am here to serve you!
