Michelle Zimney; MS, LPC is experienced working with children, adolescents, and families who have experienced trauma. Michelle is trained/certified in several evidenced-based treatment modalities such as Parent Child Interactive Therapy (PCIT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT- Tapping), and Reunification & Family Therapy. Prior to working as a clinical therapist, Michelle was a child and family advocate. Michelle is passionate about her work with families; helping them to overcome adverse life experiences.

In my early years I was taught to be kind and respectful of others and that carried me through many trials and tribulations. Through my life, I have found a deep desire to be there for the people who feel like no one understands them. I have had the blessing to be a part of many individuals’ lives in deep and meaningful ways and I am sincerely grateful for each one of those experiences. All of this has helped me understand the value in being seen, heard and understood, and I continue to deepen my desire to find new ways of making that happen.

Emily Clayton is a compassionate Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) with Center Counseling. Emily is offering counseling services for individual clients ages 7 and older. She has experience with individuals from adolescence into young adulthood. Emily has a sensitive nature and brings a calm presence to her sessions with her clients. She has a natural ability to create a warm and inviting atmosphere where clients feel safe to explore things they may be struggling with.
