Many of the clients I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break, or exhausted from trying to manage everything alone. I am here to help you better understand yourself while building the tools needed to cope with life’s ups and downs. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and integrative, as I tailor therapy to each individual’s unique needs and goals. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real relationship built on trust, honesty, and safety. Together, we will work to better understand what may be keeping you stuck while building tools that help you.
I am passionate about providing individual counseling to children and adolescents (10+) and women (21+) as they navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, relationship stress, life changes and transitions, perinatal stages and more. I am trained in EMDR and can provide this approach to those who are interested.
I strive to provide a nonjudgmental and safe space as I support clients in their journey toward mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. For those who desire it, I can also integrate faith into sessions while always respecting each person’s unique beliefs and preferences.
