Have you struggled with trauma or addiction? Feeling overwhelmed or a lack of excitement about life? I work with people who want help supporting their recovery from a troubled life, or those affected by a loved one's struggles. I offer online therapy for New Mexico with monthly in person visits optional. I'm a Native New Mexican and understand some concerns that might be unique to New Mexicans from all walks of life.
I work from a lens of trauma, which means that symptoms of anxiety, depression, addiction and others, can be as a result of unmet needs in our experiences. As we heal these wounds, there are often scars from our past. While we may not be able to make the scars disappear, my goal is to help you eliminate the pain from those wounds.
