Feeling overwhelmed, unheard or like you're barely keeping afloat? I bring a wide spectrum of clinical experience to help people cope with a broad variety of concerns. My goal is to help clients not only better cope with their struggles but to also fully recover from them. Our mission statement is to help you live your life fully and well, whatever that may mean for you personally.
I specialize in EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, working with patients to build insight into their concerns and learn new ways to cope with them. Other times it is simply a matter of having someone who can listen without judgement and empathize without condemning you for experiences.
Coping with mental health concerns can be intimidating and confusing, especially when a person is on their own. Fortunately, you don't have to deal with these things alone. Please, feel free to contact me and we can explore your concerns together. Whether you decide to work with me long term or simply for a consultation, I look forward to hearing from you
