I provide a safe and confidential therapy space for clients looking for support with stress, depression, anxiety, relationships, grief, trauma, or interpersonal growth and healing. I work from an authentic, compassionate, shame-free and trauma-informed approach that is customized to your needs, including somatic work, attachment healing, nervous system regulation, parenting or relationship support, Ego States/parts work, and EMDR. My practice is completely virtual (through secure video telehealth), which can make it convenient to fit therapy in during your day.
