I am an attachment-based therapist. I believe that we all long to develop and maintain meaningful connections with others. I will empathetically and respectfully assist clients who are struggling with life changes, anxiety, depression, disruptive behavioral problems, trauma, mood disorders, and relationship issues.
I have been serving parents/families, youth, and adults from a wide variety of backgrounds for over a decade. My training includes but is not limited to: Trauma focused treatments, CBT, Behavior Management, Brain Development, Circle of Security Parenting, Theraplay activities, and Mindfulness practice.
