My main focus is meeting you where you are, and using your strengths to work on areas of self improvement that are important to you.
I have been working in the mental health field for more than 16 years with individuals, children, and families. During this time I have gained valuable experience in exploring ways of dealing with complex problems and behaviors individually and within the family structure.
I am currently accepting new referrals, and truly enjoy connecting with people from all walks of life. I look forward to every new opportunity to help guide others toward their goals and reach their full potential.
