I work with specifically with college-age and young adults into their 30's on identity and self-worth. As an adopted person, I am adoptee-competent and love working with all adoptees, including experience with issues facing ITC and transracial adoptees. I am Depth Psychologist with a PhD in Community, Liberation, and Eco psychology and a Masters in Counseling Psychology. Evidence for the efficacy of depth psychological approaches to psychotherapy is growing as studies show that depth psychology has a longer-lasting and more profound impact than cognitive or behavioral psychologies alone.

I have experience in working with older kids (8+), teens, young adults and parents who are stuck in a cycle where they feel unable to change. Many of my clients are dealing with anxiety and depression, and many are questioning whether there is more underneath. I have helped many families navigate the life-changing process of discovering and dealing with new diagnoses of ADHD (in particular girls and women), high functioning autism spectrum, learning disabilities, gifted issues and self-harm. I also work with kids struggling with behavioral issues and provide parent classes titled "When Everything's a Battle" and other topics.

I have 12 years experience in law enforcement which has allotted me first hand experience in numerous traumatic incidents, and personal insight.
